GREER (June 6th, 2008) – Spartan Computer Services (SCS) announced today that the successful completion of the companies 1,000,000th on-site maintenance event.
Terry Connorton, SCS VP of Services: “Wow! When I stop and consider that during the course of our corporate history we have closed 1,000,000 POS problems, because that is what they are when they come to us—problems—it is a remarkable achievement. Though it sounds odd to say this, I look forward to the next 1,000,000 POS problems.”
Jack Steenhausen, SCS President: “It is quite an
honor to our business and our employees to know that so many of the leading
restaurant companies trust and rely on SCS with servicing their ‘mission
critical’ Point-of-Sale technologies. On our first day of business
in 1993, SCS consisted of seventeen employees and one customer. Today,
over two-hundred SCS employees provide services to premier restaurant
companies in some of the most demanding and complex Point-of-Sale environments.

and also wish to also express my appreciation to our customers for their
