GREER (September 19th, 2008) – Spartan Computer
Services (SCS) announced today that Darden Restaurants, headquartered
in Orlando, Florida, has selected SCS to provide rollout services in conjunction
with their 2009 Point-of-Sale deployments at Longhorn Steakhouse and Capital
Grille. These rollout services call for SCS to perform site surveys, cabling,
and installation work across a majority of the restaurant locations. From
2006-2007, SCS performed similar work at the other Darden Restaurant brands,
including Bahama Breeze, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, and Seasons 52.
