GREER (March 28th, 2008) – Spartan Computer Services (SCS) announced today that O’Charley’s Inc. headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, signed a multi-year Point-of-Sale (POS) Maintenance Agreement. The Agreements calls for SCS to provide maintenance services for all of the O’Charley’s brands, including 243 O’Charley’s Restaurants and 117 Ninety-Nine Restaurants and Stoney River Steakhouse.
Under the Agreement, SCS will provide comprehensive maintenance support for the NCR 7402 POS and QSR Automation Kitchen Display System (KDS) which is installed at Ninety-Nine Restaurants, and QSR KDS support for the O’Charley’s Restaurant locations.
Headquartered in Greer, South Carolina, SCS provides technology services to the multi-unit restaurant industry. These services include procurement, staging, (wireless and wired) site surveys, cabling, installation, and depot/on-site maintenance. Since inception in 1993, the company has demonstrated an ability to deliver best-in-industry results across all provided services, as evidenced by the five plus years of business relationships with such nationally recognized restaurants companies as Arby’s Restaurants, Brinker International, Darden Restaurants, Denny’s Restaurants, and Panera Bread.
